1. Where do you ship?
  • We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the product:

  • USA: 3–13 days  ( 50% of products in the USA are delivered within 3–7 days.)
  • Canada: 5–13  days
  • UK: 5–12 days

*Note: 95% products are shipped within 10 days.*

95% products Processing time: 1–3 business days before shipping.

3. Return Issue ?

4. How do I track my order?

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your order’s journey or On our website, we have a “Track Order” option. There you can easily track your order by entering your tracking number and see the current status of your order

5. Do you offer free shipping?

• Yes, we occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and product weight.

6. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

• Please contact us immediately at [homixoffical@gmail.com], Whatsapp or Livechat if you entered the wrong address. If the order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to correct it.

7. Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

• Customs and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

• Please email us at [homixoffical@gmail.com], Whatsapp or Livechat with your order number and a photo of the damaged item or text us whatsapp. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. What payment methods can I use?

We currently accept payments through Shopify Payments only.

This allows you to securely pay using major methods such as:

       Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and many more credit/debit cards 

       Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Shop Pay

All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. We do not store any payment details on our site.
