1. Where do you ship?
• We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the product:
• USA: 5–14 days
• Canada: 5–14 days
• UK: 5–14 days

3. Return Issue ?
.You can return any item purchased on Homix Mart within 7 days of the delivery date.
4. How do I track my order?
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your order’s journey.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
• Yes, we occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and product weight.
6. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

7. Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
• Customs and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
8. My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
• Please email us at [homixoffical@gmail.com] with your order number and a photo of the damaged item or text us whatsapp. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. What payment methods can I use?
We currently accept payments through Shopify Payments only.
This allows you to securely pay using major methods such as:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay
All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. We do not store any payment details on our site.
